On Wednesday 25th March, possibly the coldest day of the year, over 160 people gathered at Cot Lane Park, KIngswinford dressed in yellow, pink and as sunflowers to join in our Memory Walk of Light, raising awareness and funds for Blood Cancer research and patient support. We lit up Kingswinford and Wordsley and brought smiles to so many people’s faces.
It was a fabulous evening and thanks to everyone involved we have raised nearly £2,000. A huge well done to all the brave folk from Kingswinford, Wordsley and beyond who braved the weather and shared their stories, their smiles and their friendship.
