Our local golfers keep losing a ton of golf balls, which is great news when turned into a fund-raising opportunity by Mick Tomlinson.
Since he couldn’t play golf because of shoulder surgery, he’s been strolling around the local courses collecting lost balls. After giving his balls a good wash and bagging them up, we’ve been selling them off and so far, raised over £1,000!
The amount continues to climb each week as more balls arrive, whether through donations or finds. Thank you, Micky T, for all your hard work and commitment to this fundraising.
